NP did a great job, very thorough. Minimal wait time. Easy scheduling.

The nurse was very helpful and provided great service. The wait time was much longer than I expected for having scheduled an appointment ahead of time.

The doctor (woman, don't recall her name) was so empathetic, thoughtful and just very kind. I had the worst headache and she listened. Truly. AND, she helped me, got me the right meds to knock the headache out!!

My recent visit was my best experience. The doctor took her time and asked many questions. I felt safe and comfortable with her. She felt very genuine!

The Provider at the front desk with friendly, quick & efficient. Providerani was the LPN who saw me and drew my blood. She was also friendly, professional, and very good at what she does. She drew my blood like she’s done it a thousand times. I was in and out, and got what I needed to get done with very little wasted time, which was important to me as I had a busy morning planned.

The practitioner was very kind and compassionate. Took time to listen to my concerns, answer my questions, and make sure I had a plan to feel better. Also, shoutout to the pharmacist who took an extra step to save me some money on a prescription when he found out I didn’t have insurance.

I really appreciated the care I received from the provider. She was very thorough and ensured all of my needs were met!

I did not have a very positive experience this time. The first time I went to the clinic, I did. I did see a different provider this time. I felt like she was not listening to me and kind of upselling or escalating the situation when it didn’t need to be that much or to that degree. I also was under the impression that I would be billed, which turned out to not be the case, so I didn’t have all of the money I needed for the appointment. I literally needed a small piece of hardened wax removed from one of my ears, and the price was going to be $79. Then I was told I needed an antibiotic and steroid (which I do not, I felt fine, and I won’t be getting those). I literally wanted the piece of wax removed; should have been 15-20 min max; I was there for almost an hour and 15 min. This took way more time than what was necessary, and when I asked for clarification about the necessity of drugs, I was talked over and bulldozed. I’m glad I know now when I wasn’t in an “urgent” need of care; I won’t be coming back. I would rather take my patronage to somewhere I am valued and listened to, which is ridiculous to think that a health provider of all people doesn’t seem to value a person’s body and their right to be heard and choose to do what they see fit for themselves.

Excellent NP and Pharmmacist Both were patient and competent

We had a 1:40 appointment and didn’t get seen until 2:35pm. My child was crying out of pain the entire time we were sitting there waiting. What is the point of an appointment if they aren’t close to the time?!? I am a clinician and people run behind but sometimes 5-10 minutes not almost an hour. It was ridiculous
