I went in on a Sunday and the pharmacy was closed for lunch so there was no one to ask for help registering my visit. I was a little anxious and in a little pain from illness so that didn’t help. Once I finally got my insurance card uploaded the nurse practitioner appeared. She was great. The bathroom was dirty, like a gas station. But overall I am grateful to have a minute clinic at cvs 15 minutes from my home so I can be seen and have my prescription filled. I don’t know where else I would go in non emergency situations. Overall, thank you.
My NP was professional and friendly. I was able to have my medical issue (ear wax removal) attended to without having to wait days for a primary care appointment.

My ears were very plugged. They were delt with,quickly,professionally, and with great sense of humor. Great treatment.
The nurse was very knowledgeable, and very efficient. I was in and out of there with a diagnosis in no time!

I could make an appointment which I was seen on time. Provider was extremely helpful
