Amazing experience
The Provider was very professional and made sure that my issue was resolved

The practitioner took me a few minutes earlier than my scheduled appointment. She was respectful, warm and professional throughout the encounter. The treatment that she prescribed for my conjunctivitis was extremely effective and in less than 24 hours, I see significant improvement in my symptoms. She offered different medications for treatment and discussed the pros and cons of each. She also took the time to complete some of the background information to inform my CVS urgent care record. She was thorough and highly capable and confident in her role. The only downside of this encounter was the small somewhat claustrophobic treatment room. The atmosphere would be more welcoming and calming for patients if it included some sort of exterior window or display screen of the outdoors or nature.
