Staff very cordial & professional. She deserves a raise.

The RN did what she could. She wasn't familiar with my condition and I saw a Dermatologist who decided it was eczema and gave the appropriate ointment. The RN did what she could but was unfamiliar with the rash!
care was excellent but your website/ dashboard does not work I am unable to access test results there. The page just keeps refreshing itself asking for a log in when I've already logged in.

The nurse insisted I give her my Medicare number which we are always told never give out our Medicare number so I don’t even know where my Medicare number is. She said then go to the pharmacy and ask the pharmacy for your information. I did it came back and she said well there’s no Medicare information. I said I know we’re not supposed to give that out here. Here’s my insurance card has all the information you need and even says on there I’m a Medicare patient so she wasn’t going to treat me unless I gave her my Medicare or pay pay upfront so I ended up paying upfront
