The nurse practitioner was very kind and polite.
Improper diagnosed, admitted to hospital
Little to no wait time, easy and fast access to medical care. Provided quick medical assistance for symptoms occurring. Practitioner was professional and straight to the point. Provided additional advice and recommendations should symptoms worsen.
Quick easy problem was addressed and prescription was filled before I left .The nurse was very understanding and the Dr was just as nice

My Care during the In-Person visit was very professional and congenial. I had great confidence the Provider was knowledgeable and assessed, diagnosed and treated me effectively. I am unhappy with having difficulty at the beginning of a virtual visit 2 days prior, and had trouble connecting my audio. The Provider told me she was trying to call me, was unable to access the phone, then connected the audio and reconnected to the call, but the Provider never reconnected me (10 PM appt.-shown as 10-10:30, connected audio at 10:15 PM and waited until after 11 PM. I was charged $257 for the failed call.

The practitioner was very pleasant, thorough and attentive. She made me feel very comfortable and I was able to build a feeling of trust very quickly. She took time to explain everything to me without rushing. Top notch experience!
