I had a wonderful experience with The Provider at the CVS MinuteClinic on Canal Street in Salem. She is extremely professional, attentive, and takes great care in everything she does. I truly felt listened to and well cared for during my appointments. I highly recommend both The Provider and this MinuteClinic location. She is by far the best healthcare provider I have encountered at any urgent care center.

I had no wait time, the NP was so friendly & knowledgeable.
I was really unhappy with the way the physician spoke to me. She blamed my obvious illness on my seasonal allergies and then told me how to treat those. I’m 43 years old, I think I know how to handle something I get every year.
NP was very helpful; great listener, didn’t feel rushed; offered some great advice.
