I had a scheduled appointment for 940, checked in at 9:25 and had to wait until 11 o'clock to be seen... there were several other people that went before me that had checked in in the morning, but had no appointments. I only needed a TB test read, a two minute appointment. This was an atrocious waste of time, do better.
Staff were very willing to help even though I needed a specialist but they tried
i was impressed with how efficient the service was. All of the equipment needed was available in the room, so the visit was brief but complete and the results were back fast. I would definately recommend this clinic.
The scheduling process caused me to wait 30 minutes for my 8:20 AM appointment. I arrived on time, but still had to wait as long appointment was allowed to be scheduled at the same time.
The care provider was thorough and even took the time to check my records and suggest additional care based on what she noticed in my history. Even my PCP doesn’t do that (though he should).
NP was great. I was waitlisted and she accommodated me even though it ran past office hours. She provided excellent guidance and care.
The nurse was very knowledgeable and kind.

The nurse practitioner, The Provider was very thorough, professional and understanding. She answered my questions and provided me with information in an easy to understand way. She knew the challenges of an auto immune person so that was helpful to me, being one. I would suggest that on a day where lots of appointments are booked that you have 2 medical professionals seeing patients. The very frustrating part of all this is that when my appointment was over, I had to wait again;this time for the pharmacy to come back from lunch. Very frustratign and ended up taking over 2 hours of my day.
