The Provider was pleasant, knowledgeable, patient and thorough. She took the time to listen to my concerns and explain things to me.
The physician’s assistant was an experienced practitioner and cleaned my ear wax with precision.
It’s seems like the first 15 minutes was answering questions that could have been answered on the pre-visit check-in which would give the doctors more time to find out what’s wrong as well as making the appts shorter. I waited 45 mins in the Medford High St location before the doctor came out and said she couldn’t see me 30 mins after my appt was scheduled. Ridiculous and no concern for people’s time Danvers location was great!
Overall a good experience. The nurse was very nice and explained things well.
