I came in for strep throat - no other symptoms but extremely sore throat. Rapid test was negative. She would not give me am antibiotic rx to fill if it started to get worse. Next day felt REALLY bad could not swallow. Had a Dr friend send a Rx in for an antibiotic- thank God Felt so bad until 48 hours after taking antibiotics. Minute clinic did not care. Very disappointed.
Medical technician on duty was prompt, professional and patient. If this represents the quality of minute clinic attendants, then minute clinic will be my go-to for my clinical needs
I was totally satisfied
Booking an appointment was easy and stress-free. The Provider was incredibly knowledgeable and helped guide me through the process, putting me completely at ease. Great experience overall
I had been procrastinating about having my lipid panel taken care of and decided to use MinuteClinic to take care of this before scheduled medical appointments. I easily scheduled my visit online and received reminders the day of and several days in advance. I fasted ahead of the bloodwork to make sure my results were accurate. The NP who saw me was wonderful and took a thorough medical history before beginning the lab work. I waited less than 10 minutes to be seen. The reason I gave a score of 9 rather than 10 was due to the fact I had to go to a laboratory facility to get my bloodwork done rather than have it done during my visit because the provider did not have the correct tube for collection. The automated system for lab work results is also a complete nightmare and needs to be addressed.
Nurse Practitioner was very nice and patient. Answered all my questions and put my mind at ease.
Seen on time Good provider Quick RX fill
The care giver questioned me quite a bit about how much alcohol I consume. This was not relative to my problem (sinus infection) and I am pretty sure I don't come across looking like an alcoholic. She agreed that I have a sinus infection, but said, "it wasn't that bad" to require an antibiotic and to come back in 9 days if it wasn't better. I am a teacher and I want to be back to normal when I resume classes next week-I don't want to have to go back and pay another $60.00 co-pay.
I don't think recommending a pharmacy is a common occurrence, no matter the experinece. That said, mine was good. I got the vaccination I was expecting without issue, and the staff was nice.
