It was easy to schedule my appointment. I did not have to wait for my name to be called. The practitioner was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. She made the experience enjoyable.

Provider was professionally courteous, and friendly with every step of the procedure and showed and expressed genuine concerned for me throughout my visit and explained every step of what she needed to do and as she worked.

I needed a TB test for my job. I came on a Thursday at around 4:30. I was not seen until nearly an hour later, so I didn’t get my test administered until 5:27. The test is supposed to be read between 48-72 hours later. I was originally told I would need to come back the following Sunday to have the test read. But it was looking increasingly likely that I would not be able to make it between 9-4 on Sunday. So I went to CVS on Saturday at about 4:40, getting an appointment for 5:00. The nurse there said she would not be able to read it because they would be closed by 5:27, and she couldn’t read it even a minute before it was time. But after telling her that I couldn’t make it there on Sunday, she kindly agreed to stay late on my behalf. I got the test read (negative, yay), and didn’t have to come in Sunday. So while I was frustrated at having to wait on Thursday, I REALLY appreciated the nurse going out of her way to help me out on Saturday.

The Provider, I appreciate you and no matter how much I said no to everything she suggested, I was not having it. Her calming soft spoken spirit helped me to stay and listen to her. ❤️
