To much time spending on insurance verification. Every patient should be given a hard copy of diagnosis and treatment plan in the office. On the first page of the hard copy should include diagnosis along with ICD code instead on third page of health condition. Correct dates of diagnosis and icd codes should be on health condition list. If CVS minute clinic doctor does for example a irritable bowel syndrome evaluation. Get a copy of the evaluation before leaving the office I would have an area on check in screen where the patient could type in there their condition in own words and symptoms. Thank you, The Provider
