Had appointment. Provider was on time. Provider was courteous & helpful. Provider answered all of my questions.
Paying $403 for two nasal tests is a lot.
The nurse practitioner, The Provider was very good. Attentive to my concerns and answered my questions and chose an appropriate course of treatment. I have been to other similar clinics when I travel but this one in particular is excellent.
I would have really appreciated individualized notes about what the NP actually saw and observed in me and how I was feeling. Because, I am not feeling well at all. After the visit I could not remember what she had told me. I looked in the after-visit notes and it is all generic about the diagnosis she clicked. I know she said something about my sinuses and about fluid being in my ears. I would have liked that written down so I could read it later and remember when my family asked me what she had said. So, that is my recommendation. $161 is a lot of money. A personalized note would be nice in the future. Thank you.
My favorite - accessible, fast, easy to sign up, and the person there who's name I definitely should know but don't has helped me many times on even really tricky stuff. Please keep it going, it makes a huge difference for folks who may not have traditional insurance options especially.
The service was very fast. I was also able to make my follow up appt right there for a time that was most convient for my schedule. I did a walk in appt and did not wait long at all.
I don’t support CVS and the monopoly that you have over a large portion of American healthcare. But I need to get my ear cleaned urgently to get out some impacted ear wax. I’m uninsured. Your service was by far the cheapest in town, the doctor was great and funny and practical, and it was mostly easy to book the appt very quickly.
The Provider took care of me. She makes you feel comfortable and really wants to help you. I appreciate her kindness
