Professional and very good experience
The Provider. ProviderP, was very thorough, respectful & pleasant. Didn’t feel rushed & she was very attentive as she listened to my concerns.
I have no idea who your point of sale vendor is? But you need to fire them first. Second. Who is running your IT department? Squirrels? Yes, the ones in trees that eat nuts. Because I ran 5 credit cards through your POS in the clinic? Every one said DECLINED! I have a combined $250,000 available crdit limit on those cards. All in working order. Do you know how EMARASING it is to look like a deadbeat infront of the practioner? Your a multi-million dollar company. And you can't get your POS to work??? This is on top of my credit card info presented at the time of registration for the appointment. I also know this keeps happening time and time again. Fix it!
The clinician was excellent. She explained well and was thorough in questioning and exam. The limitations are lack of medical equipment which could be available to the well trained and educated personnel.
