I made an appt easily for a COVID booster the following morning of calling. The appt went quckly and I am quite satisfied.
The Provider at the 9 mile/Haggerty clinic has impeccable technique. I am retired from hospital nursing and The Provider follows all protocol from hand washing, glove donning, changing needles after drawing from a rubber topped vial. She is efficient and friendly. The room has an air cleaner to reduce germs from wafting around. The Provider gave me my first dose of Shingrix 5 months ago and when it was time for dose #2, I specifically went looking for her despite the back pharmacy telling me I had to see them due to insurance issues.
Booking an appointment was very convenient, and the doctor was also very kind.

The clinician was excellent. She explained well and was thorough in questioning and exam. The limitations are lack of medical equipment which could be available to the well trained and educated personnel.
