Very knowledgeable and professional staff

The PA was amazing! He was very knowledgeable and understood having small children and being ill. I would have rated a 10 but the nurse that did the intake was not as pleasant in the beginning when I was checking in.

I was seen for a tick bite, prescribed doxycycline. Got my prescription and there was only 2 pills in the bottle. Called and left a voicemail to explain why there isn’t more, it must be a mistake. No one called me back. 3 days in a row, I left the same message explaining what happened…all 3 days, no response back from CVS. I had to go to my own Dr on the 4th day, feeling very ill, and she said the prescription should have been for a lot more. She couldn’t believe no one called me back to fix the issue or explain it. She prescribed me 21 days of the doxycycline. I feel it was very poor service on CVS, not returning any of my calls as I got sicker everyday that passed. Very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend CVS to anyone. I will stick with Coborns pharmacy and my own Dr.

Your system did not populate my allergies for quite some time. Then, it also did not let the nurse put in that I have Marfan Syndrome or the antibiotic I can not take because of MS. But the nurse did get that in. But I had to remember to tell her the nurse didn't put it in. I don't think. It did get all done, though. Because I had pink eye and the Dr. thought I should go to the ER... Or Urgency Center in Woodbury to get a 2nd opinion. Good idea... But then I did go, and my eye got better throughout the day and the week. The Dr. was correct, I didn't need a 2nd opinion, but I guess it was a good idea. The Urgency Center didn't provide the Z-pack; I believe they missed that part of the note that CVS sent up. I forgot to ask about it earlier because I wasn't feeling well, but I am all better now. Probably viral??

I was unable to get the medication I needed because the system would not let it be prescribed to me.

I got the help I needed and the woman who helped me was very pleasant.

I went in to get checked out, and the lady that was working FaceTimed someone while I was pantless in the room, she had no idea what she was doing. I had to remind her what to do with the swab after it was done. I’m BEYOND, concerned with this behavior and will be looking into it further.

The providers were great, they took care of me quickly and were very personable.

Provider and [...] were awesome!! They were kind and knowledgeable. You are the only place I will go as I do not use insurance. I would prefer to go to Hastings CVS over a clinic any day. Keep up the good work!
