I was traveling for Memorial Day and cought a cold so I made an appointment to see a doctor at the CVS Minute Clinic in St. Paul, MN to rule out a sinus or upper respiratory infection. Upon arrival, a non-licensed healthcare worker took my blood pressure and my pulse both with machines. The nurse practicioner, The Provider, came in and stated she was unable to treat me according to the CVS policy and procedures because my oxygen was mildly low. She did not ask me about my symptoms, take my temperature, or listen to my heart or lungs. She was very dismissive, unprofessional and obviously was practicing out of her scope of practice. I was charged $164.00 for a 4 minute visit!!!!

I have blood checks a couple of times every year at this clinic and its always been great. This time the nurse wa very efficient and I did not have to wait like other times. All good.
