Showed up right at 8am when they opened for a walk in for an ear infection for my son. NP said even though it shows they do walk ins, she couldn’t see us because she was at capacity for the day. In the 15 minutes I sat there calling around to other urgent cares to see when they opened, no other patients walked in.

I would never advise anyone to use this CVS minute clinic or any other CVS again. I’ve read the other reviews and they are horrific. But it aligns with the terrible excuse for health care I experienced
