I thought the provider was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and efficient! I did recommend her to a co-worker that same day!
The staff on site was very knowledgeable and efficient.
It was easy to book an appointment online. The appointment was timely and convenient with the pharmacy right there too.
Dr The Provider is wonderful. Super friendly, kind and treated my 7 year old like his own.
I made an appointment and had to wait 30 minutes while it appeared that walk in patients went ahead of us. We arrived at the appointment 15 minutes early as requested and spent an hour at a single vaccination appointment. This was not acceptable.
The nurse practitioner wasn't there she was late so I had to leave.
I am always pleased with the amount of time the Dr is willing to spend with me. I love that you can make an appointment or walk in and usually the wait is not long at all.
Typically we have good experiences at minute clinic but this time we were aggressively judged and shamed for not getting my daughter a flu shot or The Provider shot. The NP said to me “you wand to treat the flu but not prevent it?”. Honestly we all k ow you can’t prevent the flu or The Provider with the vaccine so her spreading this misinformation is not okay.
