I made an appointment and had to wait 30 minutes while it appeared that walk in patients went ahead of us. We arrived at the appointment 15 minutes early as requested and spent an hour at a single vaccination appointment. This was not acceptable.
The nurse practitioner wasn't there she was late so I had to leave.
I am always pleased with the amount of time the Dr is willing to spend with me. I love that you can make an appointment or walk in and usually the wait is not long at all.
Typically we have good experiences at minute clinic but this time we were aggressively judged and shamed for not getting my daughter a flu shot or The Provider shot. The NP said to me “you wand to treat the flu but not prevent it?”. Honestly we all k ow you can’t prevent the flu or The Provider with the vaccine so her spreading this misinformation is not okay.
The appointment was on time and the practitioner was knowledgeable and efficient. Unfortunately, my appointment was only for a cholesterol check, and I was also charged for a glucose test because the practitioner was not aware it would be included. I was forced to pay $27 unnecessarily as I didn't want or request this test.
The nurse was very helpful before my visit. And very nice during the visit. Very professional. And pretty.😊

The provider was very nice and took her time.
I brought my son in for a strep test. Unfortunately there were no appointments left and it was just waiting room only. The Dr was able to sneak us in between 2 appointments - she was fast yet thorough and got everything done in about 12 minutes. I really appreciated it!
