Staff was efficient.
Medical staff was very dedicated to listening to me and asking questions to gather information to give me a thorough the exam.
This was a two part appointment. The first appointment they were 25 minutes late getting me in. The second one was on time though. Another problem I have is the website it keeps making you repeat the same steps over and over due to very poor programming. Your website needs help badly. For making an appointment, confirming my appointment and telling them I’m there all the steps have to be repeated 2 to 3 times just to get past the glitches. Absolutely horrible website can’t say enough bad about it.

The Provider was incredibly patient and nice.
Both nurses pro-actively communicated, and the nurse providing ear wax removal served with thoroughness as well as excellent care. Much appreciation for MinuteClinic.
Even though the appointments were running 20 minutes late, staff apologized for the inconvenience and still was attentive to my needs.
The nurse and her student CNS were VERY thorough with assessing my illness. They truly took the time to listen to me!
