There was an obviously a language breakdown.

Friendly, helpful, timely with appointment. Good communication
As a busy parent, I just love the convenience and the notoriously kind and knowledgeable staff. What makes CVS a standout is the new rapid testing capabilities- I have an elementary school kiddo and a middle school kiddo so the germs are a constant and this is just the best service. My only complaint is I wish we had a CVS closer to us in Lino Lakes/Hugo, MN - our closest option (which we use) is the CVS inside the Lino Lakes Target and there isn’t a minute clinic there!
The nurse and NP we saw were kind and genuine with their interactions with my son. Their day was almost wrapped up but they seemed fresh and patient like it was the start of the day.
Appointment started a little late (25 minutes) but NP was efficient and knowledgable.
I scheduled a 9:30 appointment online, but apparently was bumped to 'waitlist' since someone else must have been scheduling at the same time. I sat there for over an hour while the 9:30, 9:45, 10, 10:15 and 10:30 were called back. If your system is set to bump people, maybe bump them to the next appointment time? It was miserable. Also, the doctor did not speak English as her first language, so between that and wearing a mask, i have no idea what she was even saying. I will not be back!

Ease in making appointment. Staff friendly, and informative. Was gentle washing out my ear and noticed that I needed a prescription due to ear canal irritation!
