I made an appointment to address a sensitive and embarrassing skin rash. The Provider, the doctor who helped me, was friendly and personable. She was also very knowledgeable when identifying my condition.
Easy to make an appointment (online).. short wait time.. friendly staff.. professional exam and treatment.. I was very satisfied all the way around. Thank you!
Hardly any wait time to be seen. The nurse was attentive and friendly. She was careful to take into account my warfarin usage when choosing an anti-biotic to prescribe. All in all a very positive experience.
Glad I was able to get in within a short time

She is always pleasant and professional. Genuinely cares about you as a person. Listens and takes that information as relevant. I always feel respected. She also took the time to help me discover why I was charged for my last visit in March 2026 when as an employee of the State of MN - it has always been -0- copay. the women I seen in March INCORRECTLY coded my visit as a PCP instead of PF and I was charged $144 as a copayment. MHealthFairview is my primary clinic not Minute. So I am VERY thankful for all her help!!! And told her if I was looking to find another primary physician I would chose her. She was wonderful.
The Provider, NP was very fast and knowledgeable. It was a very comfortable experience... I wish she was a primary provider as I'd love to be her patient.
