Im quite satisfied. I needed medical care and I got it the same day, close to home. Just wish I didn't have to rely so heavily on phone. Its hard to type messages when you feel so ill and your eyes are affected. Wish I didn't have to confirm so much by phone. But these are minor. What's important is that at 4 am I could make an appointment and be seen by 9 am. Ive already recommended minute clinic to 3 others.
The staff was very friendly and competent. They delayed going to lunch on time to provide care.
The two medical professionals that I interacted with were great. The first was uplifting and funny and sweet. She was great. The second was incredibly helpful, practical and made sure I got what I needed and knew next steps despite my brain being foggy.
I'm impressed how convenient it was! The provider was very kind and knowledgeable.

I have had bronchitis several times in my life and for convenience I went to the Minute Clinic rather than my primary clinic. I explained my symptoms, history, and typical treatments. I preferred to take a prescription remedy to make my cough more productive, since it would be covered by insurance. Neither of the prescriptions addressed the primary concern. I ended up buying an OTC remedy elsewhere to address the actual symptoms. Perhaps the medication does not have a prescription option; she only said that she could not prescribe codeine, which seems absurd. The clinician was otherwise helpful and pleasant.
