The provider could have been better. She was vague with her comments, did not tell me she was sending an Rx nor did she ask where an Rx should be filled! I found out an Rx was sent via a text from the pharmacy I do not use since it is out of my way by 17mins.
Friendly, efficient people.
Friendly and helpful staff
It was such a quick process! Our provider was thorough and very kind to my son. When I noticed a small discrepancy in the weight entered on his discharge summary, I didn't have to wait long for a call back with an updated plan of care surrounding my son's medication administration. All in all, an excellent service!
Was able to make an appointment right away. Both the nurse and NP were very kind and caring.
Nurse was caring and thorough but when I saw the doctor after my negative results she saw how bad my throat was and told me rest. Did a second opinion with my clinic where mono was highly suspected and blood drawn to show very elevated white cells that should have had me go to the ER. Disappointed that after seeing me it was not discussed other possibilities of sickness and to follow up with other doctors for bloodwork.
Care was satisfactory but my problem was not resolved
The entire process was convenient and simple. All the staff were polite and made the experience enjoyable.
The medical staff was kind. The listened to my symptoms. Ask questions. And diagnosed me quickly, but I didn’t feel rushed.
