Both the nurse and doc were amazing! Never felt rushed, both took their time to fully understand why I was there.
Your diagnosis is great, your ability to get the details from the patient are great, BUT, your online registration system is pathetic, not user friendly. It takes forever to get registered online, usually having to back up because it kicks me back.
Very easy and fast
The whole process from getting my appointment to being seen by the provider went exactly as planned. The provider was friendly, professional.knowledgeable And helpful, she answered all my questions. I was very satisfied with my experience.
The two different nurses that I saw were very professional and knew what they were doing The first said to get Debrox to loosen was , came back in a few days and saw another nurse, both were very knowledgeable
I have to so the nurse I first met before the doctor was such a gem!! Shes so sweet and CVS is lucky to have her at their establishment. If im ever sick thats who I would want to see again. I feel awful not catching her name (I was pretty ill) . She gets a A+++
I was a walk in and there were several appointments, she explained she would have to fit me in, which she did. She was very thorough.
The doctor is very attentive, knowledgeable, always has a smile on her face and treats you as a 'person' not a number.
She was very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable.

I had a TB test done. I went back for my scheduled appointment and they had canceled it. I was early sitting there trying to check in and couldnt. They took 4 people ahead of me so my 10am appointment was closer to 11:30. It was very time sensitive. If it had gone to afternoon I would have had to repeat the first part of the test and come back. It ended up making me late for work.
