So glad I was able to be seen on on a Sunday and that I got my prescription filled right away and the provider gave me a tip on how to get it filled quickly. However she gave no information on when I should start feeling better and what to do if I didn’t feel better. When I asked follow up questions she had limited knowledge and didn’t advise me about how to get my questions answered
The provider was attentive and clear with instructions.
It’s a godsend to have this service available rather than spending hours at urgent care to be seen for a UTI
