Pharmacist was organized. She explained what she was doing and administered the shot with minimal discomfort.
good response and help
Appointment check in at kiosk was simple, but online check in linked was delayed in getting to me and took a bit of time to fill out.
Reservation system was cumbersome and seemed unnecessary.
The levels of concern, care, and service were beyond expectations
I needed some ear wax removed, as there had been changes in my hearing. Making an appointment was necessary for this type of procedure, but I was able to get one in the afternoon. Everything went well. The staff were capable and careful throughout.
Sadly could not give me a real explanation for my mouth sores and only Rx'd a mouth wash.
