She did a very job removing the wax from my ears.
Easy to get an appointment on line; nurses were friendly and efficient; they explained everything so that I could understand it.
I had a simple UTI. The exact thing MC is there for. The provider was great. I was ble to schedule an appointment. That was a new expereince for me, I could plan my day better and manage expectations.
Wonderful professional working with is. Little wait time for the appointment and getting the prescription.

I appreciated that I was seen and the doctor was attentive, kind, and helpful when she saw me. My only concern was when I arrived, the doctor seemed surprised that I was there. She asked if I had registered for a visit and I did, but it made me nervous that something didn't work in the system and I'd be waiting only to find out they couldnt meet with me.
The nurse practitioner I saw was wonderful. She was slammed with patients and had no nurse or anyone to help but kept all of us waiting for a minimal amount of time anyways. She helped treat me quickly and effectively. She made it easy which means a lot especially when you’re feeling so awfully sick.
Once I got into the exam room it was a long time until we got to the reason I came. So many questions! All I wanted was a throat culture.

Made an appointment, but was able to reschedule it a handful of times. Very convenient and easy to navigate. The check in nurse and PA were excellent. They made nice small talk and great listeners. Well spoken and went above and beyond. The check in nurse printed off my immunization record for me and caught me leaving to hand it to me. The PA was a fill in as she is assigned at the Lakeville location. I feel fortunate to have crossed paths with her as she was excellent.
