My in-person experience was good, the nurse was very courteous and did a great job. But the online experience trying to register and to respond to the numerous text questions was awful. I had to reenter my information several times because it kept kicking me back to the beginning. Then when I got to the store and tried to check in, the computer gave me a message that it didn't recognize me! Thankfully the nurse had me on her schedule.

I had a terrible experience at the minute clinic and will not be using it again. There was a huge language barrier with the practitioner and I couldn't understand 80% of what she said. I wanted to be treated for a sinus infection that I get often and know the symptoms. The practitioner told me that a sinus infection is a virus and can't be treated with antibiotics. I paid $50 out of pocket for this visit and tried to follow up with customer service who refused to do anything. I ended up having to pay $300 to see a real doctor and was prescribed antibiotics and already feel better. Amazing how that works.

The Nurse Practitioner talked to a lady who didn't have an appointment and took her into the room because she was trying to sell her something. She should have been dealing with those of us who had appointments. My appointment was 35 minutes late because she took the sales call instead of seeing those of us who had appointments.

I went in for a nasty sore throat. Pain was bad enough where I couldn't swallow or sleep. I was taking the max amount of daily acetaminophen and I was hoping I could find just a little relief. After the strep test came back negative she said there's nothing she can do. Wasted $150 bucks.

5 sessions to remove ear wax: necessary prep to get an audio exam for hearing aids. Right ear after 3 was proclaimed to be clear, but a fungal infection was proclaimed. 4 Left ear was pronounced good.... go for an exam and was completely blocked 5 nurse now says fungal infection is in the left ear...go for exam: no fungal on left but still blocked.

First, the clinic was running almost an hour behind. Then, the labs had already been picked up for the day so they wouldn't get sent until Monday anyways. You shouldn't allow appointments that require labs if you can't even send them out. The nurse or whoever was working (didn't introduce herself so unsure what her position is) failed to draw blood for the lab (to be sent on Monday). She kept readjusting the needle in my arm and couldn't get enough blood in the vial to send out and now my left arm is very bruised. She gave me a cup to collect my urine sample, while I was in the bathroom she brought the next patient into the room so I would have had to wait around for them to be done but I didn't have time to be there any longer. So overall, no labs collected. Also, I came in for a rash which she didn't even look at! She kept flipping through paper like she was trying to figure out what she was doing, I feel bad as I don't think she had the resources to be successful. It was a waste of an hour and 45 minutes. Not a single thing came from the visit, no labs, no assessment. Just a bruised arm.

Provider and appt set up was easy and great. We had issues in a needed attempt to adjust Rx. We needed to adjust Rx and had no way to follow up and contact clinic. Pharmacy told us to contact provider. We needed to set up an urgent care appt to get new Rx since we could not reach any one at minute clinic.

When I showed up, I was a little confused by the design of the clinic since I was new. That is, there was a computer reception, and staff were present (just behind closed doors), but it looked as though it was closed. It's an efficient system, I'm just used to a physical reception desk. If possible, please advise new clients when filing for a new appointment that there is a virtual check-in desk and even though it may look closed, there are staff there to help. Saves a moment of confusion and hesitation. Otherwise, very good visit!
