Good service. Personable service provider. Excellent customer service.
It was easy to schedule. The check in was very organized. Both the nurse and physician were helpful and attentive and addressed my concerns. The pharmacy had my prescription ready almost immediately.

Super fast and helpful, informative appt
I arrived 25 minutes before my appointment, sat in the waiting room for an hour and wasn’t seen by a provider. I had to leave to go back to work and did not receive the medical care I needed. I also received a charge for this visit even though I was not treated, which I am disputing as it is a fraudulent charge.
I was there for 45 minutes for a strep test. Big waste Of time. Took the test needed to wait 4 minutes went back to waiting room they took 2 more people before calling me back. Something that should of been minutes turned in 45.

I was fortunate to have The Provider working for my visit. He was professional, good at explaining the process he was using for cleaning my ears. I would recommend this service to everyone having problems. It is great to hear again!!!!
