Staff where friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Wait want very long and able to get prescriptions filled timely.
Overall I had a good experience and the health care professionals were very caring and understanding. My wait time was a little longer than I expected due to signing up to join the waitlist, and once at the clinic it became apparent that I needed to make an actual appointment to been seen as quickly as possible. I think next time I will just make an appointment. But I really appreciated both the Nurse Practitioner and the nurse who did my tests. They were great! (Sorry If I did not get thier titles correct)

I was told to buy a flu test in store so I wouldn't get charged $160 for the test. I STILL got charged $160 for a test i paid an additional $12 for and all she did was right 1 sentence on a note saying im not contagious. Absolutely scammed and lied to me.
I took elderly mother in for a UTI which required her to leave a sample of urine but the bathrooms were not clean. Also, the computer in the front did not recognize my mother's info even though I had confirmation of the appointment and it showed up for the Nurse.
Only problem I had was with your computer sign in for an appointment and when I got there to sign in thnat I was there . Your computer system sucks .
