Score would have been higher if I didn't have to wait 30 min past my appointment time to be seen.

The doctor was very kind truly cared about my well being. She listened and was very understanding and knowledgeable.

Not enough PA’s / Nurses on staff. They need an admin person to handle the check in and questions, insurance, payment, etc. my copay was higher than a drs visit and it took two hours. “Minute Clinic” should not take 2 hrs.
