The Provider PA did a great job of listening , evaluating, and treating me .
Hi, all was fine except I have a HRA that pays anything that my insurance doesn’t. I have never had to pay before, but the PA insisted that I paid before I left. So now I have to go to the hassle of claiming my money back.
I thought I was going to be late so I cancelled by appointment thinking I would try to "walk in". The practitioner who was onsite, The Provider, stayed and I was able to walk right in and was taken care of right away. She couldn't have been nicer!! Very pleasant experience :)
I would have liked to have to cost of testing given to me before proceeding so I could decide on it rather than just being told at the end how much I need to pay. Other than that I was satisfied with the service.
The practitioner did a GREAT job, the only issue was the 30 minutes having to wait past the time of my appointment.
My Minute Clinic experience was not bad. Two things I did not care for during my visit was how I had to wait roughly 15 min past the time my appointment was supposed to take place (each time), and I arrived early both times. I believe the first time I arrived at the Minute Clinic a customer who had an appointment after me but arrived earlier than me was seen before I was. However, I too was early for my appointment. So that was frustrating. And if a customer is late there could be a charge, but not if the provider is late? Also, I hate how no one wants to slow down nowadays to ensure accuracy. During my first visit, my TB test was placed on my right arm, but the paperwork I saw online stated the TB test was given in my left arm. Then, when I went to have the TB test read, after the nurse practioner signed the paperwork without slowing down to actually read it, she gave me TB test paperwork from my test back in June of 2021 or 2022. I can't remember. I just remember it was a few years old. You're a medical professional. Why are you not reading what you are signing?
