I needed to get a vaccine before a big trip and Providerlyn was amazing! Even though she was incredibly busy, she took time with me and kept a smile on her face! She was very pleasant and made my first visit to minute clinic a wonderful experience! I would recommend to anyone 😊
The visit to the minute clinic turned out great.
The provider forgot to send in the Rx and then the clinic was impossible to reach to request the Rx.
A more comprehensive evaluation should have been done. 2 days after being seen at CVS and being treated for bronchitis, I ended up in LMHospital diagnosed with double pneumonia. Had x-rays been taken and protocol followed, I would not have ended up 3 days flat on my back spitting up blood. I don't feel I received a thorough examination at your clinic. Very disappointed and angry. The Provider
