I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment, and was seen immediately. I would like to say that I had a terrible time scheduling the appointment. I couldn't find a place on the website where I could actually schedule a time. I was able to get help from my daughter-in-law who is a NP at CVS minute clinic. Without the help, I wouldn't have been able to schedule my appointment. I have scheduled appointments in the past and did not have a problem.

Scheduling the appointment was easy. The provider listened to my concerns and provided a prescription based on ongoing illness.

Whole experience was easy from beginning to end. The practitioner was extremely thorough and had excellent bedside manner. She was very patient and kind as well which makes all the difference. I got the treatment I needed without having to wait an extra week or two to get into my regular doctor.

If the NP is who will be at this site the next time I need to see someone, I will not stay. First of all, I got there early, my appt was at 340. I was not seen until 350pm. No one was waiting or in with her. If someone was, I would understand. When she was asking me the basic questions like body aches, chills, fever, sore throat; I indicated that due to the Thyroid surgery and complications from my thyroid/isthmus; my throat was always sore. I tried to tell her about my thyroid surgery (to explain why my throat is constantly soare), history of sinus infections etc. and I felt like she felt she knew everything already even though I could not get maany details out. She said she was going to send me to advanced care for my thyroid, as she started asking me questions symptoms from my thyroid even though I said I just had surgery 8 weeks ago. I stated I already had an endocrinologist and really liked him. She asked who he was as she "wanted to see if it is someone she has fired before", because she has diabetes. She stated she did not know him and then all of a sudden did know everything about him and how great he was. I tried to tell her about how I deal with this sinus stuff two times a year, and at some point, I will need antibiotics to kick it; but I felt completely dismissed or talked over. I did later try and tell her and she replied "yeah, you said that already". She did prescribe me antibiotics, then went into detail about femine parts and what we need to do to take care of it. At almost 55, and knowing I take antibiotics one to two times a year at the most; caught me off guard that she felt I needed talked to like that. There was a lot more. I think saying the above is enough.

Nurse practitioner was very good - took time to determine best solution.

I was visiting the area from our of state and had clue where to go when I got sick. Looking online, I saw this particular MinClin not far from my hotel, along with other "Urgent Care" facilities. I was so glad I chose this location!! Mrs The Provider-[...] was an AMAZING provider, quickly tested and determined that I Strep Throat and a left ear infection - What? Am I 12 again? I guess folks in our 50's can also get this stuff! But she had the absolutely BEST "bedside manner" and was most professional with still a good sense of humor. I would recommend this location and provider ANY time someone is sick!
