Practitioner was friendly, helpful and explained things
Easy to get appointment, have always run on time, knowledgeable and caring staff. Make you feel comfortable. No crowded waiting rooms and minimal wait.

Very fast service
This was my second visit to this location, the first being for an immunization, and this time for a respiratory issue. I came as a walk-in and was so pleased to have been taken back immediately. My NP was The Provider, and she was extremely thorough and professional. As a healthcare professional of over forty years myself she exceeded my expectations and prescribed the appropriate care. She also did a follow-up call later that day to inform me of my x-ray results and to continue the treatment plan as ordered. I came to this clinic because my PCP had no appointments for a week. I would not hesitate to visit this clinic again.
No improvement is needed.
I had to follow up with my PCP two dates later because my symptoms worsened. He indicated the prescription dosage I was given was not high enough and that I should have also been given a topical steroid cream which I had asked for but was refused

My appt was 10:10 and computer would not let me check in. But i was checked in by text and email but i sat there till after my appt time
