LOVED the staff. They were amazing!
I saw the NP named The Provider. She was awful. She had an attitude and proved to me that she didn’t want to help me at all!!! The minute clinic is my pcp office but she was trying to FORCE me to go to urgent care!!!! I had to tell her a million times why I couldn’t go to urgent care. I also had to tell her this is my pcp office so what’s the use of going to urgent care when I have a pcp!!!!! She tried tooth & nail to not give me any help at all !!!!!!! And what I needed was such an easy task!!!!!!! It was the worst experience of my life dealing with her. That is not how you treat a patient in need! She deserves to loose her license!
The service provide was excellent provides a way to be seen quickly for unexpected injury and illness as a nurse i would recommend this to anyone because it is professional, time saving and appointments can be made at a time convenient for the patient, with minimal wait time.

The provider was very helpful , caring and knowledgeable
The NP was very much on top of my care and referred me to the ER for other sx outside of my original intent.
I understand that the nurse did the right thing but he could not give me a prescription because of my high blood pressure. I frequently get Bronchitis and it always drastically increases my blood sugar and blood pressure. I had to spend 5 hours in the ER to get my medicine.
Service was easy to schedule. Staff was professional and compassionate. The issues started in the follow up. Poor communications cost me hours, miles, and stress.
