Sings up in the waiting area that you accept VA, but when you get in there to have blood pressure checked, you're told that its chronic and not covered. Fucking joke. Go ahead and send me a bill. Good thing there are signs up showing your covered though. Take them down, because it's not accurate, and it is a waste of time.
I was very sick yesterday. The doctor said I had just a virus. After the night that I had and this morning I called my doctor my doctor diagnosed me with bronchitis and walking pneumonia. So I wasted my money and my time at CVS minute clinic.
I was seen within a reasonable wait time. The health care practitioner that I saw was competent, friendly and professional.
The physician on staff that day was very nice and thorough. The room was clean as was the waiting area.
Had to wait until 7:25p even though I had a 7:10p appointment. The room and floors needed cleaned.
To be tested for Flu/covid
Because I came in expecting to get assistance in what my issue was and I did. Not only did I get help with my problem. I ended up with a very kind and respectful individual that treated me like a human and not some robot or somebody just looking for something. I needed help they gave help and they were very, very respectful. They took an extra time to talk to me and explain certain things and that means a lot to me. To me that is top quality and I appreciate such a wonderful individual working at the clinic.
Providermbs was very thorough in asking questions on my conditions, symptoms, exposures. She took time testing, reviewing me the patient and providing a prognosis.
I had a very positive experience at my appointment. The nurse practitioner went above and beyond the service I requested by anticipating and providing me with referrals that I need.
