Friendly staff, made the appointment in the morning and got in right on time. Overall the appointment was super helpful and I would definitely make another appointment in the future if needed!
The NP I met with was incredible. SO nice and SO friendly.
I felt like I was seen in a timely manner and the practitioner was a very nice, caring and helpful. She answered my questions and my time there was very pleasant even though I felt sick. The clinic was exceptionally clean and the pharmacy techs were nice as well.
Everything was good. Great service. Clean location. Professional.
Wait time was shorter than estimated and the practitioner was very helpful with my situation.
Total waste of time and money. Sinus infection but nurse practitioner said it's policy to wait 10 days before any are ordered. Today I had to see my doctor who ordered one as I am still sick.
Overall, I had a good experience with Minute Clinic. Appointments were readily available and my provider was personable and knowledgeable—I felt like I received adequate and collaborative care! I don’t give a “9” or “10” rating because of some miscommunications about the medication my Minute Clinic provider prescribed. I was told to go ahead and stay and that my prescription would be ready in 10-15 min but it ended up being 30-45 min; I was also disappointed to learn that my insurance wouldn’t cover it *after* I agreed to the prescription with my provider, which might’ve impacted my decision otherwise.
The staff was so helpful and guiding.
