The practitioner who I saw was professional and caring and listened to my concerns also asked many questions and moved forward with a plan to help me.

I came in with a leg wound and knew I needed a tetanus shot. She cleaned it up and made sure I got my tetanus shot at the pharmacy so my insurance would cover it.
I was able to get an appointment in a timely fashion and my prescription was ready by the end of the appointment.
The issue was diagnosed and treated competently and professionally
my tb test reading appointment was scheduled for 9am. i arrived ten minutes early to be on time and ready for my appointment. i wasn’t seen by the provider until 9:30, which made me late for a subsequent appointment i had that day. the provider did not apologize for being late. she read my test but did not confirm my results until i specifically asked, instead just started typing on her computer. it is also ridiculous that i had to pay $54 for someone to run their finger over my arm.
Prompt and to the point of care needed! The Provider, the nurse practitioner was wonderful! The exam room looked very clean. The bathroom was filthy!

The clinic was great, but the who’s to sign up did not work at all. I tried to make an appt 3 times, getting to Bastia levels of completion and then just gave up and had to walk in.
