Provider was very professional, clear and responsive to me and my issues
I scheduled an appointment and was taken at my scheduled time. The dr took her time to listen to my concerns. She also reviewed my vaccinations and suggested I get tetanus bc it was overdue. After writing prescriptions I went right over and they were ready!!! Great experience
The Provider was very thorough.
trouble signing in with birthday or confirmation code. Insurance file didn't recognize supplement g as additional insurance coverage besides original medicare.
The NP I saw listened to my symptoms and medical history and really explained what was wrong.

It was very easy to schedule an appointment online for the MinuteClinic. I worked 40 years as an LPN so I knew going to the MinuteClinic would be satisfactory for what I was going for which was an ear ache. I was seen by The Provider, who I think was a nurse practitioner. She was very knowledgeable and took her time examining me and I was happy with what she prescribed. I am feeling better.
