The appointment took longer that previous appointments

The 2 people I met were very, very friendly, helpful, and competent. The area was clean and welcoming. A great experience.

I was supposed to get my results weeks ago and still have not received them. What’s taking so long?

Because when I walked in and tried to like make an appointment, there was no appointments available until Monday, but the lady was nice enough to take me to them. Didn’t have any anyone else there so I thought that was very helpful. It was very polite friendly.

I came in early on Wednesday April 22 quite ill. I was told there would be a 30 minute wait and the nurse said she would try to squeeze me in. After two hours of waiting, there was no squeezing, the nurse finally confessed she had back to back appointments and appointments had to be seen first, there were periods of time were she sat in front of her computer waiting for the appointees to arriveshe could when she could have attended to me even if only briefly. I finally told her I was too sick to wait any longer and I believed I had Providervid. She said “You don’t know that”!. She then said I would be her first appointment at 8:50 the next morning.I arrived at 8;49 and she took a young woman ahead of me who just signed in. Fortunately there was another nurse on duty who was very kind, professional and thorough, she tested me for both flu and Providervid and ordered provaxolid when I tested positive for [...]vid. To add insult to injury, this drug is ridiculously expensive at $499 and change which I cannot afford. I wasted two mornings hoping to get relief from the misery that comes,with Providervid. I feel if the Wednesday morning nurse had been honest with me about her scheduled and a realistic wait time I could have avoided unnecessary suffering. It doesn’t make sense to call yourselves a walk in clinic if you have people who cannot deal with walk ins. Why not be up front and say you need an appointment? I tried to name an appointment online Tuesday evening but found it too frustrating. I’m elderly and visually impaired, the tech world is moving way too fast for me!

Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience at this clinic. The service was fast and efficient. I really appreciated the new process of having someone check you in before the doctor sees you.

Professional friendly staff. Appreciate getting a printed copy of my vaccination record.

They took me in early before my appointment time because there was a no show and both women were professional, kind and I was in and out efficiently.
