I was very impressed with the nurse. And the doctor as well, very polite, very knowledgeable. Just very personable, people that goes a long way with me.

Quick and polite
I had been sick with Flu B for a week when I went to the Minute Clinic. I arrived right before the lunch hour. The kiosk when I registered read there would be a 130 minute wait time. I almost started to cry. My PCP did nothing for me the week prior and I was so sick and weak. The Provider the RN just happened to peak her head out her door. I told her how sick I was and had driven a good distance to get there. She had me to complete the registration and took me in her office. I cannot praise her enough as she did more for me than my PCP the week prior. She was caring and compassionate and offered good information then sent me to The Provider, NP who gave me the same medical care I so much needed. I was given a Rx for antibiotics and steroid medication and I am finally getting better every day.

The dr was great. Very professional. Quick and informative. She showed care and knowledge. I did not have to wait long and was seen pretty much immediately. I like the phone check in as well.
