Went in to have my earwax cleaned out and was treated very professionally and the entire process was explained to me in detail and was taken care of quickly.

I got in right away and she had the wax in my ear out in about 10 minutes.
Practitioner The Provider was great! I give her a 10! The reason I scored the experience an 8 was there was a glitch in the scheduling with several people scheduled at the same time. I wasn’t seen until 1 hour after my scheduled time.
Great care and very easy to book!
The nurse that checked me in was kind and helpful. The Nurse Practitioner that diagnosed me was smart, kind and knowledgeable. There was very little wait, I was treated and on my way with RX filled in an hour. Good experience overall!
