Dr was great. Wait time was great. But I wasn't given all of my paperwork for the sports physical my daughter had done and it's been difficult trying to track down and retrieve that paper.

Easy to make an appointment and do all the precheck in so I didn't have to mess with it while I was there. The Precheck in stuff was easy to go through and quick. The visit was quick and efficient and my medicine was ready fairly quickly.

The actual examination part was fine, the part that did not receive a high score was the wait. We showed up on time, but we had to wait half an hour. The appointment time that was before us, they arrived on time but it didn't make sense that you (CVS) would have two appointments spaced 10 minutes apart and then be able to service them at those respective times. Apparently someone in your corporate levels thought that the doctor was able to see someone and be done with them in 10 minutes. Whoever ultimately made that decision had demonstrated poor judgment. That should come with a consequence beyond a simple admonishing.

Was extremely to long of a wait. Web page indicated to come 10-15 minutes ahead of my appointment time to check in and such which i did. However, i was not seen until an hour after apt time so had to sit around for about an hour and 15 minutes. My main reason for apt was a biometric health screening. After i finally got seen the machine that reads my blood panel apparently had glitches and couldnt get my cholesterol values. Tech and nurse indicated its been acting up and that could try again tomorrow. (like to go thru all this again tomorrow in hopes it will work then.. no thanks). THen.. ONLINE when i did pre checkin and appointment i had also opted to get the covid vaccine. This apparently was unknown to the staff and could not administer my vacine. Said i need to go to pharmacy to sign up and wait again. (again, no thanks). Services are nice to have, but it would seem to me that there is vast room for improvements in the organization, machines used for what your saying will be done and overall flow of this process.

Was very happy , but the meds provided didn't really help.

I was tested for covid and strep but NEVER treated my symptoms. I had to go to another doctor the next day (another doctor bill) where I was diagnosed with Strep and a sinus infection. But I still have to pay a bill for a service that never addressed my symptoms. Never once checked me when I complained of my lymph nodes being swollen and my throat hurting. I felt like the whole visit was rushed. Instead was told to go to get over-the-counter meds myself. It is a strong possibility I will not go here again nor will I recommend this place. The physician was polite and nice but never addressed my symptoms with any remedy.

English is not my native language and even with this difficulty, I was well attended to, I recommend it and I will return! I suggest there were pamphlets with the services provided there, since for me; it's a different service from my country, so I'm not sure how it works! Another suggestion is to have more hours available, it took me 3 days to get an appointment.

Everything was fine. The practitioner was good. It's just insane that a 5 minute appointment to diagnose an ear infection costs $140. We were in and out of the building in 20 minutes.
