The dr was late not prepared seemed rushed. Did not do my Covid test correctly so it came back canceled idk the whole experience was horrible. When I asked questions I got short responses she would not clarify and she wanted to send me back to work the next day knowing I was positive for Covid according to home tests.
Attending NP was very kind and made everything hassle free.
I prefer to use CVC minute clinic for all my shots and basic health care. My only complaint is all of the local clinics have closed and I was forced to drive 90+ miles to the closest one.
My NP was understanding, sympathetic, and quick. She listened to my concerns (I had been to two urgent cares previously) and immediately went into action when she knew I had pneumonia. Referred me to X-rays and got my prescriptions ordered quickly. She also has followed up with me today to tell me the X-rays were not available yet. I would see her again in a heartbeat. Excellent care
