There was way too much paperwork. I probably spent 10 minutes answering the questionnaire online, plus another 5-10 minutes at the clinic before I saw the nurse. Then, on top of that, the nurse asked me to sign another consent form. I know we live in a very legalistic world, but could you cut down on paperwork!?
The clinical part is fine, but I am just disappointed to have received a credit card charge that I was not aware of. The provider did not tell me anything about a charge and simply charge my credit card on file. I also was not informed of any upfront cost, and if my insurance will be covering any part of my care. This was just a routine TB test.
Everyone is always so nice at your facility! I sincerely appreciate their thoughtfulness and care.
