I had an appointment for 10am and was there at 9:30 and wasn't seen until 11:30

Got to the Minute Clinic and had apt at a different location. PRUDENCE OPPONG, NP went above and beyond to help me reschedule and get seen as fast as possible. Very nice!

Mostro muy buena disposicion para atender a mi esposa.Lo unico que no nos gusto fue que tuvimos que pagar la medicina porque CVS no acepta nuestro seguro medico BLUE SHIELD y entonces nos obliga a pensar si WALGREENS si nos acepta y no tener que pagar la medicina.

I am more than satisfied with the provider Providerng who did a phenomenal job. She went above and beyond to ensure I was fully educated and researched the condition well and gave great suggestions on how to treat my condition. I would highly recommend her and CVS

The provider was so kind, friendly and thorough. I’ve been to a few different CVS clinics over the years and this was the firs provider who had a warm bedside manner, which was especially important with my daughter. Highly recommend seeing this provider if possible and hope CVS can hire more like her.

The Provider was amazing! She was able to squeeze me in right before her lunch hour and I was so grateful! The care was detailed, caring and treated with the upmost sensitivity. I am so grateful her for care and understanding to get me in early and help me with my issues. Thank you!

After ending a course of antibiotics for a UTI that were ineffective, I went to the MinuteClinic. That was last Thursday. A dip test confirmed a UTI. The nurse practitioner wanted to wait for the results of a urine culture to identify the correct antibiotic before giving me a new prescription. She said it would take two days to get the results back. Today makes four days with no results and with me feeling absolutely miserable. I contacted the MinuteClinic today to follow up and was assured they would immediately contact the lab to find out what is going on and then call me back, but I needed to be prepared to potentially need an ER visit since it has been so long. That was three hours ago and I have still heard NOTHING. The entire point of the visit was to PREVENT the infection from spreading since I have an autoimmune disease. I had already taken a home dip test, so I already knew I had a UTI. So far, the visit has served absolutely no purpose other than me having to pay them my copay. Ridiculous!
