I was a walk-in patient and there was very little wait time. The medical staff were friendly, polite, professional and knowledgeable. Both the nurse and nurse practitioner answered all my questions and explained what they were doing and why they were doing it. The nurse practitioner explained the medicine she prescribed and what it was for. It was a positive experience and I was able to get my test results (for COVID and the flu) before I left.
