Prompt professional staff.
It was convenient to go down the street and see someone rather than drive across town to my PCP
They were very prompt. Checking in was very easy. The LVN and the NP were professional, kind and understanding of my pain and symptoms. They both went over and beyond in making me feel comfortable.
The staff was very professional and The Provider's was very concerned about my medical condition.
This NP has poor bedside manner, unfriendly, and is condescending. The NP displays behaviors of just going through the motion of her job. This is the only experience I’ve ever had at a CVS Minute Clinic to where I’ve had to leave a negative experience review.
The Provider was very nice, detailed, and information. She has a very caring spirit and answered any question I had.
The waiting room was not crowded so it was a pleasant experience until two ladies arrived with a small kid. He ran in circles around the waiting area, screaming and yelling at the adults he was with. I had to leave, walk around the store instead of sitting around the screaming. The medical assistance was superb and I will be back if necessary for little medical needs.
The RN lied to us about the cost of a dietary screening which is a simply blood screening from the finger for the cholesterol and glucose testing. She stated it should be free and covered by our insurance but ended up costing $65 out of pocket and insisted to charge our credit card. Misleading and not transparent at all, with no honest practice. Shame!

The Provider NP was fabulous. She went the extra mile and made me feel so comfortable. And she explained everything to me as she was doing it. I absolutely would recommend her!!
